1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed by “Zenit STP” LLC, TIN 7804204423 (hereinafter referred to as the Policy and the Operator, respectively) to fulfill the requirements of clause 2 part 1 article 18.1 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No.152-ФЗ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter - the Law on personal data) and regulates processing of personal data of the Users of the Site by the Operator.

1.2. The Policy is applicable to all personal data that the Operator receives from the Users of the Site.

2. Basic terms

2.1. Personal data refer to any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Site.

2.2. Site is a set of logically related web pages (web documents) located on the Internet at: https://zenit-stp.com/.

2.3. User is any person, who provided information to the Operator using the Site.

2.4. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with the use of automation tools or without their use.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

3.1. The processing of personal data by the Operator is ensured for the following purposes:

- for the Operator to conclude agreements with its Users;

- to process a request for any products and services of the Operator from the User;

- to provide Users with access to information and materials contained on the Site;

- to inform Users about the goods, services, advertising and other activities of the Operator;

- to get feedback from the Users;

- for other purposes required for the Operator to comply with the legislation on personal data.

4. Categories of processed personal data

4.1. The Operator processes the following personal data of the Users:

- full name;

- telephone;

- address (place of residence/place of registration);

- email address.

4.2. The Operator collects and processes anonymized data about the visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics and advertising services (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics, etc.).

5. Terms of processing of personal data

5.1. By placing information in the feedback form on the Operator’s website page at: https://zenit-stp.com/contacts/, the User provides his/her full and unconditional consent and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

5.2. The Operator shall not disclose the information received from the User, except in cases related to the implementation of the current legislation.

5.3. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures required to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

5.4. The Operator has the right to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties in the following cases:

5.4.1. The User has provided his/her for such actions;

5.4.2. The Operator has to disclose it to fulfill the agreement concluded with the User;

5.4.3. The personal data are disclosed for statistical or other research purposes, with the exception of the purposes specified in article 15 of the Law on Personal Data, subject to the mandatory depersonalization of personal data.

5.5. The Users are entitled to request information from the Operator regarding processing of their personal data. For this, they need to send a request to the email address: info@zenit-stp.ru.

5.6. The term of processing of personal data is unlimited. At any time, the user may withdraw his/her consent for processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the email address of the Operator info@zenit-stp.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

6. Final provisions

6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after their publication on the Site.
